I love plant-based dairy-free yogurts. My favorites are Cocojune and Culina for creamy, coconut based yogurts. I top with grain-free granola and whatever fresh and dried fruit I have on hand.

Ginger soda

Chop up a bit of ginger, mix with agave and lemon and add water. This makes a soothing late morning drink to energize and balance the gut.

Mashed potatoes With mushrooms And brussels sprout

A meat-free lunch packed with vitamins and adaptogens. Sautee up the brussel sprouts and mushrooms in olive oil with a touch of salt and put on top of your mashed potatoes. Sweet potatoes work well with this dish.
