Our sessions will be:

    In our initial sessions I will get to know all about you as we will delve into all aspects of your life: family, career, social connection, sleep habits, spirituality, nutrition, physical activity and any other aspects of health or wellbeing that are of concern to you.

    Your health has many dimensions and we will do whatever it takes to bring your mind and body into a state of wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify what is causing stress or imbalance in your life.

    We will focus on primary food, the qualitative support systems we will strengthen together, and secondary food, what is on your actual plate. Aligning emotional, spiritual, mental and physical health with proper nutrition will be our focus. On our path to wellness, we may discuss a variety of healing philosophies like ayurveda, traditional chinese medicine, holistic supplements and immune support, phytonutrients, meditation, breathwork and yoga.
